Magnifica Cachaça is a Single Estate cachaça. This means that all of the cachaça produc by the distillery is made from cane grown on the estate, and the mash is 100% made from cane juice (it should be not that in Brazil, it is perfectly permissible to use something other than sugarcane in the ferment mash, according to regulations. This does not take away from the Cachaça designation. It does not exce 10% of the volume, but it does have an impact on the final product).
