Maturation and aging
The Hampden Great House 2019 is a blend of two rums, a 2012 vintage OWH mark for 80% and a 2016 vintage DOK mark for 20%.

The nose
I am in a moment of pure pleasure and I cannot find the words to begin this tasting.
What strikes me first on the nose is the well-mark solvent and petroleum side with a hint of sweetness that brings a deliciousness.
It’s not aggressive, there’s a very pleasant little spiciness.
