You will see in this video that the choice is not that complicated.
I checked before writing this article, it’s been 2 years since I did my test of arranged rums to determine the rum that I was going to use in the future in my recipes.
If you haven’t read this article yet
I encourage you to do so. It’s a great way to determine which rum is best for you.
With this test, I was able to determine the rums I preferred to use to make a rum arrangement. At the time, the one I preferred was Neisson 55° . It is a magnificent rum that produces superb rum arrangements.
However, it’s a fairly expensive rum for making rum punches. At that price, I’d still rather make ti’punch with it. It’s an excellent rum to start tasting neat or in ti’punch.
So I chose a rum a little lower than Neisson in job function email database terms of quality, but much cheaper, the HSE 55. When tasted neat, the Neisson is well above, but in an arranged rum, the difference is not so obvious. So for the price-quality ratio, I preferred to use the HSE 55.
So I chose an agricultural rum, because I like to find the freshness of cane in my creations.
I also like my rums to be strong
I rarely add sugar to my recipes, so a 55-proof rum was perfect for me.
As you may have noticed on improved employee work efficiency my blog for some time now, HSE 55 is a rum that almost always comes up in my arranged rum creations. It’s a rum that I’m particularly fond of now for ao lists making my arranged rums.
