The contrast between the nose and the mouth

With aeration, there’s a slight meaty side that adds to the aroma. It’s light, with slight petroleum notes. This gives a new dimension to the overall aroma.

The mouth
I really like this iodine-laced inhalation. The esters are quite powerful and very spicy. It takes on the mouth well and imbues the palate with a fresh, vegetal woodiness. There are some notes of olives.

The finish is peppery and full of character, which quickly softens to accompany the finish.

The final

It is quite long, fresh and with a very slightly bitter gray pepperiness

Contrast isn’t the defining feature special lead of this tasting. It’s the change of scenery that the nose feels like. The palate remains fairly consistent with the nose, with less expression.

Ideal tasting mode
This is definitely a cachaça for tasting. Cachaça is often associated with caipirinha and is often difficult to drink otherwise, but this one is definitely worth tasting on its own.

Value for money
For a rum aged 2 to 4 years, and especially with such taste quality, it’s a very reasonable price, I think.

My pleasure in tasting

This is a superb discovery to make. I customer acquisition strategies: what they are, why they matter, and how to master them repeat myself, but it’s an astonishing aromatic, one we’re not used to. Beyond that, it’s a very interesting olfactory and gustatory journey with a beautiful complexity.

Complexity
This is a rum that will appeal to both young and experienced rum drinkers. The former will be able to experiment with different aromas without burning their palates, while the more ao lists experienced will have the opportunity to make a discovery and expand their knowledge of rum.
